Step 1 -Discover, Document & Discuss
Our skilled consultants start by talking to people about what they do, how they do it - what their process actually is. This allows us to build an accurate picture of how things are working now.
They then analyse current workflows through the system being reviewed and how the team interact both with each other and the tools being used.
Step 2 - Design & Decide
Whilst there is no one-size-fits-all method for improving business processes, our proven method moves onto a crucial stage.
From the findings in the Discovery stage, our business consultants produce a Process Guide. This will include recommendations for process improvements and outline plans for their implementation.
Our specialist improvement consultants then build plans using frameworks and concepts from ITIL, ISO20000 and COBIT. Using a variety of methodologies allows them to pick the best fit for your business sector and unique circumstances.
All our findings are then presented to you and relevant stakeholders. Together we then decide what changes to prioritise based on the effort needed, potential benefits and all the factors affecting your business.
Step 3- Deliver & Do
Process improvement and efficiency gains aren't just an academic exercise. We believe in action - our business improvement plans are designed to be put in to practice.
